6. The Look of the cake in the image is for representation purposes only. The product which you receive will resemble 70 – 80 percent of the display image. This is because every chef has his/her creativity which brings more durability to the cake. Every cake we offer is handcrafted and since each chef has his/her own way of baking and designing a cake, there might be slight variation in the product in terms of design and shape.

Delivery Information:

1. The delicious cake is hand-delivered by our online cake delivery partner in a good quality cardboard box. We use third parties to deliver the products.
2. Candles and knife will be delivered as per the availability.
3. The chosen delivery time is an estimate and depends on the availability of the product, delivery partner and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered.
4. Since cakes are perishable in nature, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
5. This product is hand delivered and will not be delivered along with courier products.
6. Occasionally, substitutions of flavours/designs is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care Instructions:

1. Store buttercream and fresh cream cakes in a refrigerator. 
2. Buttercream cakes should be left for 15 to 20 minutes before the cake is cut as it is difficult to cut while the cake is frozen.
3. Slice and serve the cake at room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
4. Sculptural elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support. Please check the placement of these items before serving them to small children.
5. The cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
